Abhishek Lodha, Managing Director, Lodha Group, is set to boost deliveries of housing units in the country. As per reports, the group plans to launch eight to nine new projects across Mumbai, Pune and London. From Rs 3,700 crore invested in the last fiscal, it will increase its total construction spend to Rs 4,100-Rs 4,300 crore this fiscal. The investment will be funded largely through internal accruals as the company expects to receive Rs 8,000-9,000 crore from customers during this fiscal. What's more, Lodha will focus on the affordable housing sector; with 4,000 homes in 2016-17, it is targeting sale of 6,000 low-cost homes this fiscal. With over 30 ongoing projects across London, MMR, Pune and Hyderabad, the company has a land bank of 350 million sq ft for future development. Be it luxury or affordable, the realty giant is set to offer housing for all!
