A large number of people are making quality buildings that did not exist maybe 30 to 40 years ago. Also, say 20 years ago, black money used to be a part of the system; today, it's not. People can get flats in full white and they can be assured of the quality of the buildings and the type of amenities delivered to the end-use customer. I think that is the difference that has occured. The future will be better than the past; the only difference being that what we really need to do is not just be more ethical but create more volume as well as affordable housing in large numbers."
