BEML has launched BG405A Motor grader with BS III complaint engine, with a net horse power of 119HP, and that is also certified by ARAI.
BG405A is designed with articulated boom and has a compact wheel base with 10 ft blade, with a turning circle radius of 6.5 m. It is specially suitable for road construction projects in difficult terrains. The machine is provided with joysticks for ease of operation and it reduces operator fatigue as compared to lever controls found on most of the competing graders. This grader is fitted with accumulator assisted all hydraulic braking, which ensures fast response while working under demanding conditions.
Its ergonomically-designed cabin ensures operator comfort with excellent all-round visibility. A canopy option is also available and can be opted for at places where operating conditions are suitable. Also, a fully programmable digital display system with a 7 inch LCD screen has been provided for improved diagnostics, which enables data storage and off-line analysis.
