Vivek Oberoi’s Karrm Infrastructure has announced the launch of its affordable housing project in Shahapur, Maharashtra, under the umbrella programme – mission 360. This project would provide affordable housing to more than15,000 families at a cost of Rs 790,000.
Shahapur is the first affordable housing project of Karrm Infrastructure, and the company plans to expand rapidly with a target of 500,000 apartments within the next three to five years. Shahapur is the first project under mission 360 programme and will be followed the announcement of seven more affordable housing projects over the next quarter.
On the announcement, Vivek Oberoi, Promoter & Partner, Karrm Infrastructure, says, “Karrm’s affordable housing projects provide enhanced lifestyle solutions for better living standards. The idea is to improve the living conditions of the poor and underprivileged and to provide their families a respectable accommodation and a safer environment.”
