In order to establish a cement plant in Madhya Pradesh, India Cements will reportedly acquire Springway Mining for an amount of Rs 1.82 bn. The company has entered into a share purchase agreement for the deal. India Cements' net profit stood at Rs 210.3 mn during Q1 FY2018-19, a drop by 20.46 per cent.
