RINL to set up Rs 3,000 cr cement plant through JV

Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL) is planning to set up a greenfield cement manufacturing plant with a capacity of 6 mtpa in Visakhapatnam. The unit, built through a JV route, will require an estimated investment of Rs 3,000 crore.
