Emerson Climate Technologies recently launched its built semi hermetic condensing units in India.

In the range of 5 to 40 HP and manufactured from its cold chain and distribution centre at Chakan in Pune, Emerson Climate Technologies recently launched its built semi hermetic condensing units in India. Now, the company offers the widest range of condensing units in semi hermetic technology for commercial and industrial applications in India.

Semi Hermetic CDU
The Semi Hermetic CDUs adds to its existing portfolio of reciprocating and scroll condensing units that it already manufactures at the plant. The facility was set up as a response to the market´s high demand for locally built, branded, quality products, as also a growing trend towards larger cold storages. The assembly line is now capable of handling large refrigeration systems like semi-hermetic, scroll and reciprocating condensing units and multi-compressor racks, ensuring reduction of delivery time and improved after-sales support. Emerson condensing units have been well received in the Indian market and proven themselves with their robust and reliable design. These are equipped with dedicated medium or low temperature compressors, which makes them suitable for all general refrigeration applications.

Faster lead times
With local manufacturing and stocking, customers will now get customised units with faster lead times. The air cooled semi hermetic condensing units are available with Copeland Standard Semi Hermetic Compressors (2S and 3S) for 5-20 HP with reed technology and Copeland Stream four and six cylinders compressors (4M, 6M) for 13-40 HP with Discus Technology and Coresense Diagnostics.

Repair service
For compressor repair work or scheduled maintenance, Emerson maintains an extensive inventory of original and genuine Copeland spare parts at the Chakan Distribution Centre to enable fast and efficient service. The company has also launched a dedicated service center to provide prompt, professional and guaranteed repair service.
