VNR Infra is the flagship company of VNR Group, and specialises and focuses on infrastructure contracting activities like rail signaling and telecommunications works, greenfield and brownfield rail tracks, irrigation and aviation projects. The company has accumulated extensive experience of executing contracts for the construction of signals and telecommunications work for the Indian Railways for the last 26 years, executed and commissioned signalling systems for more than 150 railway stations, executed more than 120 panel interlocking projects, 30 block sections of Intermediary Block Signaling (IBS), 10 block sections of automatic signaling, 10 block sections of Audio Frequency Track Circuits projects, 25 stations of Electro Mechanical Signaling and Cable and OFC works. The company at present has an order book of around Rs 1,300 crore. VNR Infra´s overall revenue was Rs 1,392.65 crore in the last fiscal with a profit after tax of Rs 72.83 crore. Having said that, last fiscal its revenue grew by 31.43 per cent vis-a-vis 46.16 per cent in 2012-13.
