BorgWarner signs deal with Chrysler

BorgWarner had signed a multimillion dollar contract with Chrysler to produce Torque-On-Demand and part-time transfer cases for all Chrysler’s four-wheel drive Ram trucks. The company will supply transfer cases for the Ram 1,500, 2,500 and 3,500.The contract will be executed in two phases. The first launch will be in 2010, with full launch coming in 2012.
