CG ties up with NZ firm to supply transformers

Electrical equipment maker Crompton Greaves (CG) has entered into a pact with New Zealand-based Transpower NZ to supply transformers. The contract has a potential to supply equipment worth $15 mn per annum. CG, has signed a long-term supply relationship agreement with Transpower NZ, owners and operators of the New Zealand national grid. The transformers are being manufactured at the company's Jakarta facility.
