Eurocopter to form JV with Pawan Hans

Eurocopter plans to form ventures with Pawan Hans Helicopters for maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) and training facilities either in Mumbai or Delhi. The investments would be shared equally by both the companies. The two facilities would come up at the same location. The proposed MRO would service atleast 50-60 helicopters from India and other South Asian countries.
