Konecranes expands machine tool service business

Konecranes has expanded its machine tool service business to Denmark and the UK by acquiring the assets of AH Maskin service A/S and Axis Machine Tool Engineers Ltd. The acquisition is a part of Konecranes’ strategy to expand its machine tool service business in the Nordic countries. From the acquisition, it will be able to offer a wide range of maintenance solutions for the Scottish engineering industry and also have offices in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Ukraine, the UK and the US.
