For two residential towers that are being built by construction company ITD, two luffing-jib cranes from Linden Comansa were procured, supplied by its Thai distributor, Smart (1994). On top of the Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, a luffing-jib crane model LCL165 is working, with a maximum load capacity of 8 tonne, assembled with internal climbing system. An LCL190 crane, with 12 tonne of maximum load, has been working on the second tower, Magnolias Waterfront Residences, to become the tallest building in Thailand.
