Suspected members of the People’s Liberation Front of India attacked the project site of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (PGICL) at Bero in Ranchi. They set ablaze three heavy machines including an earthmover. The reason, apparently, was that work on the site had been commenced without seeking permission from the group.
