Shreejesh Mohan, CEO, Stros-Esquire Elevators and Hoists Pvt Ltd, has been associated with the company for three-and-a-half-years and has a total industry experience of 16 years. A mechanical and production and industrial engineer, he is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. He has been able to expand the company´s reach through the Channel Partners Pan India and develop the entire supply chain management. The company, under Mohan, is confident of witnessing 25 per cent growth compared to the previous year. He sees huge potential in the increasing urbanization in the country, to establish his company as a reliable player in the field of passenger and material elevators segment through European Technology, but Made in India.
