Ashish Prasad, President, Pidilite Industries-Construction Chemical Division, has been associated with a number of leading national and multinational organisations in various roles including sales and marketing, P&L management, strategy and business incubation. Under his leadership, the Dr Fixit brand has received various accolades including the Silver Award at Acetech for the most innovative product of the year, Silver Outdoor at OAC and Bronze at EEMAX Activation awards in 2013-14. The brand is also propagating a preventive approach to waterproofing that enhances the life of building structures. What´s more, Prasad is driving the mass adoption of healthy construction practices by the building awareness among home builders and training and upgrading skills of waterproofing applicators and contractors.
