Nikhil Bhatia, Head of the Western Region, CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), currently co-heads the Capital Markets business for CBRE in India and shall soon assume the additional responsibility of managing the firm’s operations for the region. He was previously responsible for the transaction management business for the firm in Mumbai. In his past stint with Credit Suisse, he was jointly responsible for investing equity and structured capital to the extent of US$ 200 million in real estate projects and has over 13 years of experience in the construction industry.
