Parminder Sachdeva, a mechanical engineer by qualification, is the General Manager-Sales & Marketing (Backhoe Loader) Escorts Construction Equipment Ltd. Having started his career with Escorts Ltd-Industrial Equipment Division as a trainee in the after-sales department, he contributed to the development of dealers and products within India and abroad for 14 years.
