Leading by example

Reema Kundnani, Vice President-Marketing and Corporate Communications, Oberoi Realty, believes in the mantra, ‘leaders need to lead by example, learn, evolve and add value’. She joined the company in December 2009 and now has two-and-a-half years of experience. Kundnani has carved a niche in brand and communication strategy, marketing, brand building, public and media relations, cross-media campaigns, media planning and buying, digital marketing,  agency management, analyst relations, business development, lead generation and new market creations. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science) with a Certificate in Global Business Leadership from Harvard Business School.
