Kiran Pujari, Head-Technical Services, Arcelor Mittal, has been associated with the construction industry for more than 18 years. Over the years, he has opened a new market segment in power and bridge projects. He has also bagged the biggest order from Essar Group and in the history of India. Pujari has been identified as a 'Global Talent' consecutively for three years and then promoted to his current position due to his excellent performance. He has also been nominated for a special training session from Duke Education under Global Employee Development Program and is a member of AMDS India 'Managing Committee'. He believes that there is a need to adopt new technologies and methodologies to become technically superior, cost-effective and more competitive.
