Sunny Surlaker, Head-Admixture Division, MC-Bauchemie India, provides an international perspective to his company. After extensive training in Europe and Brazil and experience as a materials engineer with the US-based AMEC's Earth and Environmental division, he joined MC-Bauchemie, Germany, in 2009. An expert in conducting laboratory and field trials, field training engineers and on-site admixture/additive improvements and fine-tuning, his experience further includes non-destructive testing of concrete, repair and retrofit materials, project management and training. He holds a masters degree in civil engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA.
