Pankaj Kumar joined Dozco (India) in the year 2008 as Vice President for equipment sales. In this role, he has been responsible for strengthening Dozco´s brand equity in India by developing suitable business strategies. Kumar systemised corporate sales, extended the company´s reach into various government and private organisations, thereby introducing the company´s products into various sectors. His activities include monitoring sales, branding, achieving corporate sales, scrutinising after-sales services, and guiding a network of sales executives in 24 branches of the company across India. Prior to joining Dozco, he worked at Wirtgen India for 13 years.
