All rounder

Haresh Kishor, Director, KG Foundations, having graduated from Leonard N Stern School of Business, has a total experience of eight years in the real estate industry. He has completed a 1.4 million sq ft residential development in Chennai. Under his leadership, the company has scaled up its business in terms of the number of units and area under development and planning. He has professionalised management and processes and has implemented global management standards through ERP implementation. He states that the real estate sector in India requires an ´all rounder´ given the various government and statutory approvals required. The challenging environment has trained him to adapt to all situations in the face of multiple challenges to complete various tasks. He thinks that with the recent boom, real estate development is only the tip of the iceberg and there is tremendous scope for further development given the huge demand supply imbalance for housing that exists in this country.
