Santosh Nema is the COO for India, China and Bangladesh at RAK Ceramics based in the UAE. All the three countries under him are growing economies of the world where RAK Ceramics has manufacturing plants and significant investments. Nema has about 30 years of work experience in the building material industry. Prior to this assignment, he was the President at HSIL, one of the leading companies in sanitaryware in India. He was also the CEO of Cera Sanitaryware in India. Besides these, he has worked for Asian Paints, Shalimar Paints and Symphony.
