Eshwar N, Associate Vice President- Marketing, Casa Grande, with an MBA in marketing has over six years experience in the real estate industry. His most challenging project till date has been the successful launch and sell out of minimum 80 per cent stock in the Casa Grande Pavilion projects. He thinks that the real estate sector is moving from being a promoter driven business to a corporate industry. The sector is in a state of transition with regulations, processes and norms becoming standardised, it has evolved to become a more professional industry. He states that there is always an inherent demand for homes in India and with the young population always looking for better places to live in, the sector can only grow in the future.
