With an MBA in marketing and finance from TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal and Economics (Hons) from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University, Harinder Dhillon, Senior Vice President-Marketing and Sales, Raheja Developers, has an experience of seven years in the real estate industry. He has successfully executed the challenge of selling projects on Dwarka Expressway without any approach road in 2007 when there was no other developer operating in the area. Under his tenure, over 3,000 apartments, 1,000 plots and 500 commercial properties have been sold amounting to over Rs 5,000 crore. He has also received the outstanding employee award in 2009 along with consistent promotions. He states that as one of the most promising sectors in the industry, real estate is poised to grow at a phenomenal pace in the days ahead and retain its premier position.
