CRISIL, in consultation with the Ministry of Finance and other stakeholders, has developed a new credit rating framework for infrastructure projects that would facilitate greater participation by long-term investors and lenders. Entrepreneurship Development Centre of Madhya Pradesh, under the State Skill Development Mission, Department of Technical Education and Skill Development, has been recently inaugurated, making Madhya Pradesh one of the first states to have established an Entrepreneurship Development Centre. Ambuja Cement is encouraging ´cashless transactions´ in the cement industry and has launched a pan-India ´Go Cashless´ campaign. Tata Power Skill Development Institute has trained over 11,000 youth across India; reaffirming its commitment on National Youth Day.
