GVK received the Carbon Accreditation certificate on World Environment Day for its Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport project in Mumbai. This programme assesses the efforts of airports to manage and reduce their carbon emissions. The company is renowned for providing world-class infrastructure that exceeds ´green´ standards globally.
It also has an in-house clean development mechanism to ensure that all projects meet and obtain the certified emission reductions from the United Nations Framework Convention Climate Change.
