AMR Group diversifies into residential segment

Commercial real estate developer AMR Group has now diversified into residential segment. It has laun­ched limited edition homes in Pi-4, Greater Noida. AMR Group is a Noida-based real estate developer known more for commercial projects and IT parks.

Through its fully-owned subsidiary AMR Infra Solu­tions, AMR Group has launched Apartment 55 with an investment of about Rs 100 crore. Spread over 3,000 sqm, the project will comprise 55 apartments designed by fash­ion designer Manish Arora. The apartments will be offered in sizes of 1,350 sq ft for two-BHKs and 1,950 sq ft and 2,150 sq ft for three-BHKs.

The launch price of the units is kept at Rs 3,800 per sq ft and the project is due for completion by December 2015. The company will be providing semi-furnished apartments with lights, fans, wooden cabinets and wooden flooring for bedrooms. Apartment 55 will com­prise one 11-floored tower with six apartment on each floor. The topmost two floors will comprise two pent­houses.
