Capacit'e Infraprojects receives repeat orders worth Rs 365.50 crore from Oberoi Realty

Capacit'e Infraprojects, among the leading building construction companies, has received contracts worth Rs 365.50 crore (including taxes), from Oberoi Realty Group entities, details of which are: Construction of proposed residential rehab and sale tower located at Tardeo, Mumbai, from Shri Siddhi Avenues LLP. The order is worth Rs 145.50 crore (including taxes). This is the third order from Oberoi Realty Group. Construction of proposed mixed-use development project located at Dr Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai, from I-Ven Realty. The order is worth Rs 220 crore (including taxes). This is the fourth order from Oberoi Realty Group.On securing the new order, Rahul Katyal, Managing Director, Capacit'e Infraprojects, commented, “The repeat orders are important for us as they are from extremely reputes existing client.
