FLSmidth wins cement grinding plant contract in Bangladesh

FLSmidth to deliver a cement grinding line to Meghna Cement Mills in Bangladesh.

FLSmidth has signed a contract with Meghna Cement Mills for engineering, procurement and supply of equipment for 415 TPH Portland composite cement at 3,800 Blaine cement grinding unit in their existing cement production line. The plant is located in Mongla in the Bagerhat District, Bangladesh. Meghna Cement Mills is a part of the Bashundhara Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh.

The contract includes a range of equipment, including FLSmidth OK  54-6 mill, planetary gear unit from FLSmidth MAAG Gear, fabric filters from FLSmidth Airtech, weigh feeders from FLSmidth Pfister and a plant control system from FLSmidth Automation.
