Kolte-Patil Developers to explore Mumbai redevelopment space

Kolte-Patil Developers has announced plans to foray into the burgeoning real estate market in Mumbai. The real estate development is coming up with a redevelopment project in a prime location at Khar (West) on Linking Road with a total developable area of about 0.1 mn. sq. ft. Other areas identified for future developments are Dadar-Chembur belt, Worli, Mulund and Khar-Bandra-Santacruz. KPDL is optimistic about Mumbai realty space and have strategically commenced operations with this redevelopment project. With improved regulatory framework to enhance transparency levels, increase in consumer confidence and demand, KPDL estimates substantial returns through the redevelopment route.
