RPG Life Sciences sells its portion of land to Suzuki

RPG Life Sciences, engaged in manufacture and marketing of pharmaceutical products, has sold its part of land at Navi Mumbai land for Rs. 76.91 crore.

The company, has sold the leasehold rights on its surplus land of 14,148.90 sq m situated at TTC Industrial Area at Pawane village in Navi Mumbai to Maruti Suzuki India for a consideration of Rs 76.91 crore.

The company had acquired the land of 48,632 sq metre on 95 years lease from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation. Out of this, part of the land was surplus and sold the same to Suzuki.
