Sewerage project opportunities in India

Various urban development authorities and municipal bodies are upgrading their sewerage network in the country in order to cater to the ever increasing size of the population in urban areas. For example, Haryana Urban Development Authority plans to engage a contractor for development and utilization of land for laying of sewerage pipe line. Similarly, Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project plans to lay main sewer, various intercepting sewers, laterals sewers connecting in various areas of Jaipur.The authority also plans to upgrade sewerage infrastructure in some parts of Dholpur city besides awarding contract for operation and maintenance of sewage pumping station and sewerage treatment plant in the city.
