Shapoorji Pallonji and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) have reportedly joined hands to make an investment in office spaces in the country. Investment in Adani Realty’s 800,000 sq ft business park in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex is likely.
This would mark Shapoorji’s third collaboration of this nature following their tie-up with Canada’s pension plan investment board and Germany’s Allianz. ADIA also similarly had collaborated with Mumbai’s Lake Shore India to invest in retail spaces. The sovereign fund also invested $400 million with HDFC Capital for Indian realty and $250 million with Hines India Real Estate.
