Tata Housing ties up with Lotus Greens to come up with projects in Noida

Expanding presence in Delhi-NCR, the Tata Group’s real estate arm Tata Housing has forayed into the Noida market. The company has entered the Noida residential market through a partnership with Lotus Greens. As per reports, it recently signed an agreement with Lotus Greens for the development of a 20 acre project in Sector 150, Noida.   The company, through it 100 per cent subsidiary Tata Value Homes, is expected to launch two to three bedroom apartments with Smart Home features, according to reports. While the number of apartments and prices are yet to be decided, the project is expected to be launched soon.    Out of Tata Housings’ total portfolio, about 70-75 per cent projects are in partnership with local developers and land owners. The company is already developing four housing projects in Gurgaon in the NCR. It is now entering Noida, which in the past decade has become a major real estate destination.
