Amit Bhosale, Managing Director, ABIL Group, is making headlines. The Pune-based company has recently bought a building in London for nearly -100 million, or Rs 9 billion. Bhosale's vompany has acquired the eight-storey commercial building at Trafalgar Square from American global investment management corporation Black-Rock. Notably, the deal had envinced interest from over 22 global entities including developers and investors from China, Europe and India. ABIL is reportedly considering London as among the top destinations for global expansion. And, the company is, as reported, planning to redevelop the property into a five-star hotel with 210 to 230 keys inventory. Led by Bhosale, the group already has four luxury hotels with a total of 944 keys in its hospitality portfolio in India. While this proposed project marks ABIL's foray into international markets, we wish Bhosale much success in the London market and in his upcoming expansion plans.
