Amaravati is all set to be the focal of the development and progress of Andhra Pradesh. And all credit to Andhra Pradesh´s Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu. Thanks to his zeal and unstinted far-sightedness for the long-term, Amaravati will soon be a model for innovative urban development technologies. Naidu has just precisely unveiled his vision of a grand capital that would, according to him, match the world´s leading cities in aesthetics, infrastructure, liveability, connectivity, and as the seat of e-governance and administration. He envisages Amaravati to be developed as a smart, green and sustainable city. In line with being developed as the Peoples Capital of Andhra Pradesh, Naidu aspires to create a vibrant, diverse, inclusive and modern city, which will be a symbol of pride for the people of Andhra Pradesh and India. With his commitment and far-sightedness, it does not seem far when India would host a Barcelona too.
