India's airport construction is making headlines across the globe today as many state-of-the-art airports are being developed. One man has to be given credit for this - GVK Reddy, Founder Chairman and Managing Director, GVK. Under his leadership, the organisation has spearheaded the major construction works of airports pan India. Its most recent landmark is the construction of the Terminal 2 at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai. The ATC Tower is another milestone project built by the organisation last year. Now, Reddy is all set to venture into the next phase of growth in the airports business as the company has plans to develop the GVK Skycity (retail space) at Mumbai airport and also expand the Bangalore airport with an investment of Rs 12,000 crore in the next five years. Looks like GVK is all set to make more headlines!
