PNC Infratech, under the leadership of its Managing Director Yogesh Jain, has been making headlines again. The Uttar Pradesh-based company has presented the lowest bid for a highway stretch in their home state, hence, bagging the contract.

<p>The contract for the NHAI project has been awarded for the purpose of six-laning the highway stretch. The project spans 145 km in the Chakeri-Allahabad section of NH-2 under the hybrid annuity mode (HAM) at the cost of Rs 2,159 crore. </p>
<p>With the Chakeri-Allahabad stretch marking the company's fifth HAM project with a construction period of two and a half years and an operational period of 15 years, Jain is definitely on a bagging spree. </p>
