NTPC to invite consultant for 4,000 MW

NTPC will initiate the process of identifying a consultant for the proposed 4,000 MW ultra mega thermal power project near Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. The State-owned power company had earlier inked an MoU with the state government to set up the power plant at an estimated Rs 20,000 crore after securing fuel linkages. It has invited consultancy packages for detailed pre-award and post-award engineering activities for the project and will invite online bids from eligible bidders. Contact:NTPC.
