Nearly 80% power projects are running behind schedule

The Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India (Assocham) recently stated that nearly 80 per cent of the coal-based power projects in the private sector are far behind schedule. The primary reason for this is said to be the pending regulatory clearances.
