Suzlon Energy plans 2,000 MW wind energy projects

Suzlon Energy has plans to build wind energy projects totalling to 2,000 MW for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and independent power producers in Madhya Pradesh in the next five years. The company will also establish supporting manufacturing facilities in the state for this purpose. While it has not disclosed investment details, the company will drive investments to the state and spur sustainable economic growth. It has installed more than half of the total wind capacity in the state.
