Suzlon commissions world´s tallest hybrid wind tower

Suzlon Energy commissioned the world´s tallest hybrid wind generator turbine in Kutch. The 120 m turbine will generate 12-15 per cent more energy. This tower is taller than the conventional wind turbine towers by 40 m. With this new turbine, the installed wind energy capacity at the Kutch region of Gujarat has gone up to 1,100 MW.
