Tata Power to scout for opportunities abroad

Tata Power is tendering quite actively on power projects outside India, where it senses great business opportunities and growth potentials. The company is developing a 114 MW hydro power project in Bhutan and has bought a 50 percent equity stake in a planned hydro power project in Nepal.
