Biophilic Designs

Interface has introduced a new modular flooring innovation - Planks. Urban Retreat 501, the first collection in the Planks range, is inspired by biophilic designs and is evocative of heritage stones, forests, and savannah grasses. The tiles, available as skinny Planks and measuring 25 x 100 cm, are suitable for herringbone and ashlar installation and are made from 100 per cent recycled nylon. Planks can be easily installed using Interface's glue-free and flexible TacTiles system to minimise odour and emissions, and can also be used in conjunction with interlay for enhanced acoustic properties and comfort.
