Ansal API plans biotech park

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd, the flagship company of Ansal API Group plans to set up a biotech park in Lucknow. The biotech park project, proposed to be set up over about 70 acre in Sushant Golf City Hi-tech township, will comprise three zones - one for housing individual units, one for a central processing centre and one for residential units for the employees who would be working in various facilities in the central processing zone and also in the individual units. Ansal API which owns the land will do all the development work and create infrastructure required, while individual units will invest in setting their facilities on the park.
