Apeejay to commission logistics parks in Bengal, Orissa

Apeejay Infralogistics, a joint venture between Apeejay Surrendra Group and Eredene Capital Plc, UK, is likely to commission the first phase of its two integrated logistics parks at Haldia (West Bengal) and Kalinganagar (Orissa) by this year end. The Haldia integrated logistics park is estimated to cost Rs 200 crore and will come up on 90 acre while the Kalinganagar park will come up on 30 acre at a cost of Rs 60 crore. The Kalinganagar logistics park will cater to the requirements of the steel units in Orissa, while the Haldia park will be bigger and diversified and will cater to the cross-section of industry.
