BASF's new milestone

BASF has achieved a major milestone work with the completion of foundation work at its chemical production site in Dahej. The Rs 1,000 crore project is BASF's single largest investment in India. The site will employ around 250 people primarily in operations and production. It will also generate indirect job opportunities for contractors and service providers. This will strengthen the company's support to key industries such as appliances, footwear, automotive, construction, architectural coatings and personal care, as well as paper.
