To implement the Rs 88 bn Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) project through PPP, the implementing authority has shortlisted five consortia including Cintra-Soma-Srei, Gammon Infrastructure Projects-OHL Concessions-GS Engineering, and GMR Infrastructure-L&T-Samsung C&T Corp. MMRDA will implement the project on a DBFOT basis, to connect Sewri to Nhava.
